Exchange Policy

  • We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted if we delivered the wrong or a damaged item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns sent without prior approval or outside the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
  • Buyer covers the cost of return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Interstate Returns Policy

  • We have a 24-hour return policy for interstate deliveries, meaning you have 1 day after the delivery company confirms receipt of the item to request a return.
  • The item will no longer be eligible for return or exchange if it remains in your possession for an additional day beyond the 24-hour window. Once the item is shipped to the delivery company, please provide us with the tracking details.
